PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize the reception and transmission states of a mobile communication equipment such as a portable telephone by the emission of a light emitting diode provided at the tip of an antenna, to satisfactorily maintain the sensitivity of the mobile communication equipment without degrading the intrinsic frequency characteristics of the antenna provided in the mobile communication equipment, to light-emit the light emitting diode efficiently in a stable state, and to improve visibility from the viewpoint of the side of the light emitting device. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave emitted from the mobile communication equipment 2 is subjected to capacitive coupling by a capacitor 4 and a light emitting diode 5 is light-emitted by current rectified by a pair of diodes 6a and 6b for rectification by connecting one end of the capacitor 4 to the tip of an antenna 3 of the mobile communication equipment 2 and also connecting the respective other ends of the pair of the diodes 6a and 6b for rectification connected to both ends of the light emitting diode 5 in forward direction to another end of the capacitor 4.
