PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a process cartridge having resistance against falling, impact and change of the inner pressure by producing two half bodies by plastic injection molding, fitting the two half bodies in a mold, injecting a molten resin for joining to join the bodies. SOLUTION: An integral molding method is used by producing two half body containers 51, 52 by plastic injection molding, fitting the bodies to each other in a mold, and injecting a molten resin material for joining to the fitted part 53a, 53b, 53c to join the bodies. Thus, the part where the resin is directly injected has no outer periphery face on the vicinity of the extended of the contact faces 54a, 54b, 54c in the cavity side of the half bodies 51, 52. The flame retardant used for the joining resin is ethylene bispentabromobenzene as the chemical name. |
