PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk bar-coding a positional information being a kind of an ID for preventing a pirated edition from being used. SOLUTION: Barcodes 923, 938 containing ID information are overwritten in the PCA area 998 of the pre-pit signal area of the optical disk recorded with the data. Further, the identification data showing whether or not the barcode exists on the optical disk are provided in the pre-pit signal area, and the barcode data and the recorded data are reproduced by the same optical pickup.
