PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently notifying a customer of a service, etc., attached to an information recording medium by recording a notifying code from the information recording medium of the customer and displaying notifying information corresponding to the read notifying code during transaction by the information recording medium. SOLUTION: At the time of inserting an IC card 2000 into the card reader/ writer 2110 of a POS terminal 2100, the notifying code reading processing part 2161 of the terminal 2100 instructs reading of notifying code information to the IC card 2000 through the reader/writer 2110. The part 2161 of the terminal 2100 receives the notifying code and a registering date transmitted from the IC card 2000. A notifying information processing part 2162 inspects this and in the case that the registered date read from the IC card 2000 is newer than the registering date of the notifying code of a notifying information storing part 2150 and the registering data are within a specific period such as within a year since the date of transaction, displays notifying screen information of a corresponding record is displayed on a display 2140. |
