PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid sheet enabling a cooked material placed on an upper surface thereof to be heated and cooked by a microwave over so that it has scorched parts and capable of being carried with the cooked food placed thereon, by making up the sheet out of a layered body of a base material layer, a conductive substance layer, an adhesive layer, and a paper-board layer, in this order from the upper surface. SOLUTION: This sheet is made up by layering a base material layer 11 of plastic film etc., excellent in heat resistance, a conductive substance layer 12 generating heat by microwave irradiation, an adhesive layer 13, and a paper- board layer 14 of rigid paper-board, in this order from the upper surface. Preferably, the conductive substance layer is a deposition layer having aluminum mixed with aluminum oxide, a plurality of perforations are dispersedly formed in the paper-board layer, the perforations are formed in a half die-cutting manner from a surface of the paper-board layer by using a perforation edge, the adhesive layer is partially formed, and non-adhesive parts where the adhesive layer is not formed communicate with end edges. The perforations 2 allow water in the paper-board layer 14 to volatilize at the time of heating, thereby preventing it from swelling. |
