PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a process equipment control training device which enables an unfamiliar operator to have virtual experience while repeating control for various rainfall patterns alone and then efficiently master a manual control method. SOLUTION: This process equipment training device 10 is equipped with a storage means 1 which stores actual rainfall data, and actual process control settings and an actual process state when process equipment is actually controlled corresponding to the actual rainfall data and an interface means 9 which inputs control setting instructions. A dummy control means 2 makes simulated process control settings of the process equipment according to the control setting instructions. A process simulating means 3 calculates a simulated process state according to the actual rainfall data and simulated process control settings. An evaluating means 6 evaluates the inputted control setting instructions according to the actual process state and simulated process state.
