摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize supply of a copper wire at the time of winding via an alignment wire storage of the wire and to reduce the number of times of connections, by providing a wire storage ring for automatically aligning and storing the wire during an automatic wire storage of the wire in the case of wiring in an annular core. SOLUTION: The toroidal winder sets a copper wire drum 6 and winds a copper wire of a necessary length in a wire storage ring 3. In the case of winding in the ring 3, a rotational speed of the ring 3 is detected by a rotational speed detector 9, which sends a signal to a motor 13 for a traverser. The traverser 11 for a wire storage is moved at a distance corresponding to the diameter of the wire at each one revolution of the ring 3, the wire is uniformly wound in slots of the ring 3, and automatically stopped. Thus, since the wire of the storage is uniformly wound, the stored wire is scarcely engaged at the time of winding in the case of feeding the wire, a maximum wire storage is formed in the ring 3, and a connecting circuit during winding is also minimized.
