PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable exact data exchange by simultaneously adding one piece of automatic resending request(ARQ) control information composed of a frame sequence number or response sequence number and resending request class information, to the block of transmission frames. SOLUTION: One piece of ARQ control information 1 composed of the frame sequence number or response sequence number and resending request class information is simultaneously added to the block of transmission frames 6. In the case of transmission from transmission side to reception side, one frame composed of M pieces of blocks is transmitted as one transmission frame 6 while adding the ARQ control informant for each frame. On the reception side, concerning received data, the presence/absence of transmission error is detected for each block and when transmitting the result of transmission error from the reception side to the transmissions side, the set of N pieces of reception confirm signals or resending request signals is transmitted as one response frame 7. Thus, the reception data having the error are reproduced.
