PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid coil assembly for realizing further miniaturization and developing a strong electromagnetic force, and a method for manufacturing the solenoid assembly. SOLUTION: This solenoid coil assembly 29 has a core 25 provided with a cylindrical winding part 25e and a flange 25f provided at one side of the winding part 25e, the core 25 is set so that the winding part 25e of the core can be inserted into a winding part 26a of a bobbin 26, and an exciting coil 33 is wound around the winding part of the bobbin, and the bobbin is provided with a connector part 32 which is equipped with a terminal 32c. The flange of the core is provided with a recessed connector housing part 25g, and the connector 32 of the bobbin is set in the connector housing so that at least a part of it can be housed in the flange 25f. Thus, the valid use of the length of the winding part of the core in the axial direction can be attained.
