PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an associated information retrieval method/device having a function for not burying an access parameter to an information source for a retrieval result and the starting parameter of an application program into an application but generating them for the respective information sources and users and collectively returning them to a retrieval program with the retrieval result by managing the places of the information sources and the application program and the access parameter for accessing the information source different from the information source obtaining the retrieval result through the use of the retrieval result from plural information sources (database, World Wide Web and the like) and to provide a storage medium storing an associated information retrieval program and a storage medium storing associated information retrieval data. SOLUTION: In a storage medium, an access parameter to an information source different from the information source obtaining a retrieval result and a parameter required for starting an application program are generated by using numerical/character data obtained by converting the retrieval result into a system requested by a retrieval program (S1). The generated parameters are collectively returned to the retrieval program (S2).
