PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for air-conditioner where a plurality of control substrates can be mounted in small space with superior working efficiency. SOLUTION: A controller 41 of air-conditioner is provided with a first control unit 81 that has a first control substrate 49 being accommodated in a lower cover, and a second control unit 131 that has a second control substrate 93 being arranged at the upper part of the first control unit 81. Also, the control device 41 has an engagement hole 83 being provided in the first control unit 81 and an engagement projection 99 being provided in the second control unit 131, and fixes both the control units 81 and 131.
