PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer system that improves processing speed with light processing load. SOLUTION: A control section 34 generates a message to be sent to a line 40 and writes it to a storage area 1 in a RAM 11 at executing of simulation, and sends the event of a 'message update notice' to a control section 13 as an interrupt signal and writes the event to an execution awaiting queue 15 in the control section 13. When the control section 13 reads the event of the 'message update notice' stored in the execution waiting queue, the control section 13 reads the message stored in the storage area 21 and writes it in a storage area 22 in the RAM 11 so as to update the message. After that, the message stored in the storage area 22 is read with a prescribed timing in the simulating operation and then transmitted to the line 40.
