PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove moisture and odor in the entire of an underfloor by supplying outer air as far as the corners. SOLUTION: Outer air is introduced continuously into a box 3 by means of a fan unit 4 arranged in a suction duct 2 and blown out, while being heated by an electric heater 7 fixed to the upper face part 21 of the box 3, from an opening 38 made in a tubular body 32 fixed to a blow-out part 5 arranged on the upper face part 21 of the box 3 and opened obliquely to the radial direction thereof. The tubular body 32 itself is turned in the horizontal direction by the fringe shape for shaping the outer air obliquely to the opening 38 and the blowing pressure of the outer air hitting the fringe part. Consequently, the outer air blown out from the inclining opening 38 of the tubular body 32 is supplied evenly over the entire periphery of an underfloor ventilator 1.
