PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain time information from other base station even at when a public wire line cannot be used and to avoid inconveniences of the whole system by receiving the time information from another station through a radio public line and, based on this information, setting a time of its own base station. SOLUTION: When time information of a specified cycle is received from a center through an I' line and an I' line control part 11, this received information is compared with the time information at a clock part 13. When a difference is above a specified value, the time information from the center is reset at the clock part 13 and one counting of the number of clock correction times in a main control part 14 is incremented. Then, when plural base stations are disposed in a radio area, the time information and the number of correction times are transmitted to a base station 1 from these plural base stations. Based on this transmission information, the time information of other stations, whose number of correction times is the minimum, is set at the clock part 13 of its own base station 1. Thus, it is possible to hold the time information in which the number of times is the minimum, that is, which is high in reliability with few errors.
