摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the positional displacement between oscillation wave forms of a stator and a mover, and to prevent unintended movement when power is supplied, by adjusting the phase difference in the oscillations between oscillators so that the oscillation wave forms of the oscillators can engage at the time when both of the oscillators oscillate actively in accordance with the detected value of the relative position between the stator and mover. SOLUTION: After the relative position between a stator and a mover is detected, the phase difference in the oscillations of oscillators 5v, 6v is adjusted at the time when both of the oscillators 5v, 6v are caused to oscillate actively in accordance with the detected value. Because the phase difference in the oscillations is that in driving signals given to both of the oscillators 5v, 6v, a control circuit 2z adjusts the phase difference between the driving signals by controlling one of oscillating circuit 2a'. Thus, when power is supplied, only one of the oscillators is caused to oscillate and the oscillations of the other are stopped. With this method, after the relative position is detected, the phase of either oscillator is adjusted in accordance with the relative position to control the rotational movement of the mover against intention.
