The invention relates to a concrete element that is placed in fluid-tight coverings of useful surfaces, especially in the form of a paving stone, wall element, concrete slab or the like. When said element is placed, at least one of its lateral surfaces borders on one sealing joint. The concrete element is manufactured with at least one preliminary reinforced adhering layer on parts of each side surface facing the sealing joint. |
