The invention relates to a device for shredding solid material, wherein the device comprises a frame (1) with a fixed bottom (31) and a peripheral wall (30). A rotatable filter body (5) with a wall (32) is arranged in the frame, as well as a rotatable cutting body (14). The cutting body (14) is arranged eccentrically within the filter body (5). The device further comprises a reception space (24) which is formed between the filter body (5) and the frame (1). Further, drive means are provided for rotatably driving the filter body (5) and the cutting body (14). The cutting body (14) and the wall (32) of the filter body (5) are substantially cone-shaped, wherein filter openings (33) are arranged in the wall (32) of the filter body (5). |
