<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a case that a vehicle (ETC vehicle) mounting a machine having an automatic fare collection function to a toll gate in a specific range is misjudged as a non-ETC vehicle owing to a communication mistake by performing the transfer of information to the ETC vehicle by means of a vehicle detector sensor and a timer which are prepared in each of plural communication areas. SOLUTION: When a sensor signal 13a is produced from a sensor 9a of a 1st communication area 7a, the output '1' is generated from an inverting gate 17a. When a timer output signal 15a to be outputted after a timer 14a that is started by the output '1' counted a prescribed time when the movement of a vehicle is assumed, the output of an inverting gate 17b is changed from '1' to '0'. That is, the tip of the vehicle reaches the sensor 9a and the signal 15a is outputted after the time when the movement of the vehicle is assumed is counted by the timer 14a. Thus, the output of a memory 16a is changed from '1' to '0'. Therefore, the information is transferred between a toll gate and an ETC vehicle in a prescribed range when the communication is started with output '1' and stopped with output '0'.</p> |
