STEAM DISCHARGE STRUCTURE FOR LIQUID CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return condensate generated in a steam passage and an interconnecting passage on the container body side back to an inner container by making a steam opening communicating with an interconnecting pipe below a hinge part in the container body and a condensate circulating hole with a check valve on bottom of the steam passage between the outlet side of a safety valve set and the steam passage outlet. SOLUTION: An upper steam opening 16 of a container body 11 containing an inner container 12 is made in the rear of the hinge part 15 of a cover 14. The inner container 12 communicates with the steam opening 16 through a steam passage 17 in the cover 14 and a steam passage 18 in the container body 11. Steam generated in the inner container 12 enters from the hole 24 of an inner cover 23 into a lower steam passage 17a, as shown by an arrow, thence enters into an upper steam passage 17b through a safety valve set 21. It is then passed from a steam passage outlet 25 through an interconnecting passage 18a and ejected from the steam opening 16 to the outside. Condensate generated in the upper steam passage 17b between the outlet side 40 of the safety valve set 21 and the steam passage outlet 25 is collected above the projecting part 35 of the safety valve set 21 and circulated back to the inner container 12 from a condensate circulation hole by push opening a check valve 33.
