<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of defects such as an oxide film on the surface of a photosensitive drum, drum scrape ununiformity, toner melt sticking, filming ununiformity or the like. SOLUTION: A toner image formed on the surface of the photosensitive drum 1 is transferred to a transferring material. At this time, a transfer residual toner remaining on the surface of the photosensitive drum 1 is removed by a cleaning blade 9a in contact with the surface of the photosensitive drum 1. The photosensitive drum 1 is constituted of an amorphous silicon based photosensitive body. And the toner has a liquid lubricant on the surface of the toner particle and contains at least 10-200 pts.wt. magnetic powder. Because the adhesion of the transfer residual toner to the photosensitive drum 1 is weakened, the whole or local load in the edge part of the cleaning blade is reduced and the defect such as the drum scrape ununiformity or the like due to the local accumulation ununiformity of the transfer residual toner is prevented.</p> |
