摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rectifier circuit of a DC/DC converter in which an FET device and a diode are used for the improvement of power supply efficiency and which can reduce the size and cost of the DC/DC converter, simplify the wirings of a printed circuit board and improve the mounting efficiency of the printed wiring board. SOLUTION: An FET device for rectification and a diode for circulation are packed into one rectifier circuit component. A D-terminal connected to the drain of the FET, an S-terminal connected to the source of the FET and the anode of the diode and a K-terminal connected to the gate of the FET and the cathode of the diode are provided as the outer connection terminals of the rectifier circuit component. In a DC/DC converter, the D-terminal of the rectifier circuit component is connected to the cathode of the secondary side of a transformer, the S-terminal is connected to the cathode of a smoothing circuit and the K-terminal is connected to the anode of the secondary side of the transformer and the anode of the smoothing circuit.
