PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the information of a distribution facility in a remotely centralized manner, by arranging a condition-monitoring detector and/or a telemetering detector on the secondary side of a pole-mounted transformer and/or the power supply side of a customer watthour meter, and displaying and conserving the information by a central processing unit. SOLUTION: The system is mainly arranged in a branch office, and composed of the three kinds of the devices of a central processing unit displaying and conserving transmitted information, a pole-mounted power quality detector 8 disposed on a pole, and a customer-side power quality detector 11 distributed on the customer side. Measurement is conducted on the secondary side of a transformer for pole-mounting and the power supply side of a wattmeter for a customer and effective values are measured at all times regarding voltage, a current and a leakage current in the detectors. Accordingly, the quality information of the electricity of a low-voltage distribution line can be monitored collectively on the pole-mounted transformer secondary side, and insulating strength for the low voltage side may be reduced. The quality of electricity transmitted to a customer can be monitored directly on the power supply side of a customer watthour meter.
