PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck label that can be attached to the neck of a container, with the name of the product, a design, or instructions written thereon. SOLUTION: A neck label comprises a print layer 2, a base material 1, an adhesive layer 3, and a separable street 4 which are laminated together, and has an opening 6 that can be locked to the neck of a container. The adhesive layer 3 exposed from a cutout 7 provided in the separable sheet 4 on the back can be bonded (secured) to the container. Therefore, the label is kept in a locking position to the container that is set during shipping of the product, and has no fear of being lost during circulation process and when the product is displayed.
