PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution and to accurately prevent a belt from meandering. SOLUTION: The shaft end parts 24 of a heating roller 5 where the belt 6 is wound round are supported by supporting members 45 and (73) through a bearing 26 consisting of polyamid-imido based resin. A meandering detection member 120 is supported by the end parts 24 so that they are mutually freely rotated. Then, a rolling contact part consisting of two projection parts is formed at a slide bearing 45 supported by one end part 24 and a rolling receiving part consisting of two recesses is formed at one supporting member 45. By the rolling receiving part, the rolling contact part is supported. When slight torque acts on the detection member 120 because the belt meanders and it is brought into contact with the belt contact part, the shaft end parts 24 are displaced. Thus, the belt is prevented from meandering.
