PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subcool system condenser in which the number of parts and the number of assembling works can be reduced and the inside furnished items of a tank can be simply taken in and out and replaced by new materials. SOLUTION: A subcool system condenser comprises a heat exchanger 10 having a condensing part in an upper part and a subcooling part in a lower part and a receiver tank 20 having joint blocks 40 and 50 fixed to both the ends of a round pipe shaped tank main body 30 in a closed state. The joint blocks 40 and 50 are brazed to a header 11. The heat exchanager 10 communicates with and is connected to the receiver tank 20 through refrigerant passages 46 and 56 in the joint blocks 40 and 50. A lower end side joint block 50 has a vertically passing operating hole 51 of a size into which a desiccant 70 and a filter 80 can be inserted. A closing member 60 is detachably attached to the operating hole 51.
