PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning container capable of extracting a waste toner stably if the need to discharge the waste toner from the cleaning container arises before the life of an image carrier ends, and a process cartridge or image forming device having the container. SOLUTION: A cleaning container, for storing a residual developer that has been removed, after transfer, from the top of an image carrier carrying a developer image, has at least two or more developer extraction holes 47, 48 in its upper surface. Thus, in order to use one of the extraction holes 47, 48 to suck the waste toner for extraction of the waste toner, the other extraction hole can be used as an air inlet, enabling air in the cleaning container 14 to stably circulate and minimizing the scattering of the waste toner. |
