PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate the load of a control microcomputer and to shorten a response processing time at the time of restarting take-in processing of data when processing is restarted and data series stored in a buffer memory are coupled after interruption of take-in processing of data. SOLUTION: When data is taken in a buffer memory 111 from an optical disk signal processing section 109, the data is stored and updated in a buffer circuit 104 for comparing data series as data series for comparing based on a control signal of a data take-in comparing timing control section 113. When processing is restored and data coupling is performed in the buffer memory 111 after interruption of data take-in processing, as a data series comparing section 103 can use data string for comparing stored/updated in the buffer circuit 104 for comparing data series during data take-in processing, it is not required that the control microcomputer 110 sets data of the buffer memory 111 to the buffer circuit 104 for comparing data series conventionally.
