PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk recording and/or reproducing device wherein focus adjustment mechanism is miniaturized, rotation is speeded up, and a data density is made higher. SOLUTION: A disk 1 is mounted on a rotator 3, and a pickup 7 irradiates a data recording layer 13 of the disk 1 or a signal surface of the data recording layer 15 with a laser beam. To adjust a radial position of the rotator 3, an upper side radial direction position control electromagnet 31 and a lower side radial direction position control electromagnet 33 are disposed interposing the rotator 3 in-between. Moreover, a metal disk 27 is fastened to the rotator 3. To adjust the position of this metal disk 27 in the axial direction, an axial direction position control electromagnet 35 is arranged. A motor 39 drives to rotate the rotator 3.
