PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring method for circulating water, which controls the pouring amount of water into a tank so as to be within the capacity of the tank. SOLUTION: A hot-water heating device 1 is provided with a circulating passage 2 circulating hot-water for heating and provided with a hot-water reserving tank 3 as well as a pump 4 for circulating the hot-water, a low water level detecting means 6 provided in the tank 3 to detect a water level higher than a predetermined low water level, a high water level detecting means 7 provided in the tank 3 to detect a water level higher than the low water level and higher than a predetermined high water level under a condition that the necessary amount circulating water for heating is reserved, and a feed water valve 10 for supplying water into the tank 3. In such a hot-water heating device, the opening and closing operation of the feed water valve 10 is effected intermittently to control the pouring amount of hot-water into the tank 3 so as to be within the capacity of the tank 3.
