PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discharge of a dioxin by connecting a high heat treating apparatus having an oxygen supply unit and an air supply unit to an incinerating furnace, and connecting gas treating units to the heat treating apparatus, thereby thermally decomposing the dioxin. SOLUTION: A high heat treating apparatus 2 is connected to an incinerating furnace 1, and gas treating units 4, 5 are connected to a high temperature treating chamber 3 of the apparatus 2. Burned gas exhausted from the furnace 1 is supplied to the chamber 3, and a dioxin in the burned gas is thermally decomposed by controlling by an oxygen supply unit 31 and an air supply unit 32 of the apparatus 2 to maintain a temperature in the chamber 3 at about 1,300 deg.C by supplying the burned gas, oxygen and high pressure gas. The decomposed burned gas is guided to the unit 5, and cooled by a heat recovering unit 6. After solid matters such as sooty smoke, dust and the like are captured by a dust collector 7, the matters are discharged into the atmosphere by an exhaust unit 8. |
