PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve motor characteristics by providing a resin flowing groove in the periphery of a coil mounting site of a tooth capable of being brought into contact with the coil, thereby sufficiently assuring an insulation between the coil and the tooth and enhancing a space factor of the coil in a stator. SOLUTION: Since grooves 52a4 are formed at both peripheral sides of a coil mounting site 52a3 of a tooth 52a of the electric motor in a longitudinal direction, when coils 52b and the part 52a are integrally molded of resin having adhesive properties and electric insulation in a molding step, the resin flows to the grooves 52a4 to accurately flow between the coils 52b and the part 52a, an insulating layer of the resin is formed between the coils 52b and the part 52a to ensure a sufficient insulation. Since an insulator is not interposed between the part 52a and the coil 52b before the resin molding, a space factor of the coil 52b in a stator is enhanced, and the motor characteristics can be improved.
|
