PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably regulate a floating of a carrier in a return direction, and to reliably position the carrier so as to stay along a guide. SOLUTION: A linear slip stopping part 15 extending slantwise toward a guide surface 23 (a guiding means) side from a terminal bracket element piece 12 side is formed on a surface sandwiched and pressurized by a braking means 32 of a carrier 11 by turning it toward the destination of a moving direction of the carrier 11. Even if a force in a return direction is applied to the carrier 11 when a feed arm 30 (a feeding means) is double-acting, a big frictional resistance is produced by catch occurring between the braking means and the linear slip stopping part 15, in order to reliably prevent the carrier 11 from being returned. When the carrier 11 is moving, the catching part resistance between the braking means and the linear slip stopping part 15 works as a force to push the carrier 11 toward the guide surface 23 side by the slant of the linear slip stopping part 15.
