PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device for forming a memory block capable of substantially reducing data movement at the insertion of data and substantially accelerating a processing speed. SOLUTION: Small memory blocks B are formed by dividing the memory block A into plural with the prescribed number of segments as one unit, data are stored successively in the segments from a data storage start segment S to a data storage end segment E inside the small memory block and an access order is attached to the respective small memory blocks B for the memory block.
