PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three-dimensional shape data processor with a function capable of automatically executing a precise extracting processing of a both-eyes area to be required when preparing a face surface model. SOLUTION: Four estimation based on 'the positions of nearly vertical direction of a face is close', 'being divided into right and left parts with the center of a surface as a boundary', 'the difference of areas is small' and 'the dispersion of colors is small' as a judging reference by a function F72 from all the hole area pairs set to be both-eyes area candidates according to a forming position, a forming area, etc. Then, a function F73 adopts a hole area pair judged to be the most appropriate as both of the eyes as the both-eyes area based on an estimated point total value obtained by four estimation executed by the function F72.
