ARMATILE AND HEAT SINK COMBINED HEAT REMOVAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armatile and heat sink combined heat removal device with high heat resistivity raising heat conduction from the armatile to a cooling pipe and capable of improving the heat removal efficiency and simplifying whole structure and lightening. SOLUTION: The title device has a combined armatile heat sink member 13 with one body structure of the armatile part 11 and heat sink part 12. A cooling pipe 15 is placed in between the heat sink part 12 and a back plate 14. The armatile and heat sink combined heat removal device has an integrated structure by pinching a super graphite sheet 18 between the heat sink part 12 and the cooling pipe 15.
