PURPOSE: A long distance multi-stage pump control system is provided to manage a multi-stage pump at a long distance using a computer by checking a state of the pump using an air communication network. CONSTITUTION: The long distance multi-stage pump control system comprises a central computer(1), a communication network(2), a remote system(3), and a telephone line for connecting with a remote multi-stage pump control system. The remote system(3) comprises a central processing unit(CPU) (5) for controlling a system operation and performing a program, a read only memory(ROM) (6) for storing a control program, a random access memory(RAM) (7) for storing a program and data, a serial input output(SIO) (8) for interfacing a serial communication between the CPU and a modem(9) which transmits and receives a digital signal as an analog tone, a connector(10) for connecting a telephone channel and a system, an address bus(11), a data bus(12), a control signal bus(13), a control logic(14), a multi-stage pump controller(15) and a multi-stage pump(16). |
