PURPOSE: A beam using a tailored welded blank and a hydroforming molding manner and its production method are provided to reduce the weight, to reduce the producing costs, and to easily mold in a form wanted to design. CONSTITUTION: The beam using a tailored welded blank and a hydroforming process has:a first and a second tailored welded blanks(110, 120); the first tailored welded blanks(110) having a first plate(111) having a first thickness(t1), and a second and a third plates(112, 113) connected each in the both ends of the first plate(111) by a laser welding; the second and the third plates(112, 113) having the second and the third thickness(t2, t3); the second and the third thickness(t2, t3) having the thickness differed from the first thickness(t1); the welding blank(120) having a fourth plate(121) having a fourth thickness(t4), and a fifth and a sixth plates(122, 123) connected each in the both ends of the fourth plate(121) by the laser welding.
