The present invention concerns a method and device for producing roof truss elements or other wooden materials, where both ends of the elements have to be cut. This is implemented by adjusting two angle saws (1, 2), which are arranged on a rail track (13), at a desired angle for the saw blade and at a distance apart corresponding to the desired length of the element. The element stock is then fed in to make contact with both saws (1, 2) and is secured in this position, and both saws are activated, preferably synchronously, for completion of the element, which is then released and removed from the saw table. |
