The guard system consists of guard plates (1, 2, 3) which are screwed to anchoring point plates (4, 5, 6, 7) at the end of a trough conveyor with its belt supported by rows of three rollers. The two outer guard plates (2, 3) are adjustable to align with the outer rollers and fixed by screws to the anchoring point plates, which are welded to the conveyor frame.
