FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves infusing radiomodifying mixture having 1.0 ml of brikanyl, 1.0 ml of aminophylline with 1.0 ml dimexid, into obturated bronchus lumen during 0.5-1.0 h before applying radiation therapy. Electronic microdosing apparatus is used to introduce discrete portions of 2.5-3.0 mcl through plastic catheter set in microtracheostoma for the whole treatment course. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; increased tumor resorption; prolonged lung cancer patient life duration.
