A connector (1, 100, 200, 300, 500) is disclosed for connecting together pli es or wythes of pre-cast concrete wall or ceiling panels (310) which have the necessity of being cast in several plies or layers. The connector joins together first (304) and second (308) concrete layers with an intervening insulation layer (302). Also disclosed is a method for creating these concre te panels using the connector and an insert tool (400) for use in inserting the connector. |
