Automatic machine to unload bottles from multilayer palettes, uses palate transporter track, lifting mechanism and robot arm which channels bottles into chutes for further processing

The palettes (3) are carried by the input transporter (1) to a station where the top cap (6) is removed from the stack. The first layer of bottles on its intermediate support sheet then moves along another transporter at right angles to the first. A rotating arm robot (11) then removes the bottles which pass along a chute (8) for further handling. The palette is lifted up to bring the next layer to the height of the second transporter and the process is repeated until the palette is empty.
