<p>Apparatus aiding the systolic contraction of the heart ventricles and also being capable of regulating simultaneously or alternatively the diastolic relaxation in order to cause the auricular contraction. The ventricular mode comprises a conical rigid envelope (12) which is fixed to a first ring (13) situated to the base of the ventricles (11, 11a) and to a peack (14) next to the heart apex. A second concentric ring (18) can be rotated internally to the first ring and has a conical bag (19) fixed thereto and having an apex fixed to the peack (14). The second ring (18) causes by rotating a narrowing of the bag (19) thereby squeezing the ventricles and facilitating the ventricular systole by regulating its velocity, duration and quantity. The return of the second ring (18) provides for the diastolic filling thereby regulating the ventricular diastole. The auricular mode comprises a cap (20) which encircles the auricles (21, 21a) and is moved towards the ventricles (11, 11a) by means of ties and wheels associated to the envelope (12), thereby causing the auricular systole.</p> |
