The invention relates to a platform scale with several identical flexible elements (6, 10, 12) arranged on the edge thereof. The platform scale consists of an upper part (3) and a lower part (11) between which said flexible elements (6, 10, 12) are arranged in profiled frame elements (17, 18). Each flexible element (6, 10, 12) is fitted with at least two strain gauges (14, 15). The strain gauges (14, 15) of each bending element (6, 10, 12) are assembled as multipart weighing cells, forming a full bridge. A corner load equalization function is also provided, whereby a resistance (RE1, RE2, RE3, RE4) is connected in parallel to the strain gauges (R1 and R1'; R2 and R2'; R3 and R3'; R4 and R4') of one said flexible element (6, 10, 12).
