The bituminous product is dispensed into the tank (20, 20') via the fitting (28, 28'). The bituminous product emits vapors (12, 12') inside the tank (20, 20'). The vapors (12, 12') are exhausted from the tank (20, 20') without direct contact of the vapors (12, 12') with moving parts. The vapors (12, 12') are transported to a condenser (52, 52'), and condensed to a liquid in the condenser (52, 52'). The condensed liquid is returned to the tank (20, 20') via the fitting (28, 28').
