<p>A switching regulator having high conversion efficiency and causing less switching noise. A plurality of switching transistors (21-23) having different on-state resistances are provided. For ON operation, the transistors are turned on in the order of high to low on-state resistance, while for OFF operation they are turned off in the order of low to high on-state resistance. This eliminates abrupt changes in current in switching operation, thus reducing the di/dt noise due to a parasitic inductor (102).</p> |
