A monitoring module is installed in a program-controlled device for the purpose of monitoring memory devices for programs which have been stored without authorisation. This monitoring module, which is automatically activated in the event of cold starts and/or warm restarts, determines from the directories stored in the memory devices the file names assigned to the stored program files. These file names are compared with the file names determined at the point in time when the monitoring module is installed, and only in the event of identity is the functioning of the program-controlled device enabled. |
