The invention relates to a vacuum toilet system for a vehicle, especially fo r a passenger aircraft, comprising a plurality of toilets (1, 1'), a collectin g tank (2), a pipe network (3) which connects the toilets to the collecting tank, and a vacuum generator (4) which is fluidically connected to the collecting tank. The pipe network (3) comprises at least one main pipe (5) a nd a plurality of branch pipes (6, 6'), via which the toilets (1, 1') are connected to the at least one main pipe (5). The branch pipes discharge into the main pipe at an acute angle formed with a component that is pointed in a delivery direction (A) in the main pipe (5). In addition, the branch pipes describe a curve (7, 7') in the proximity of the respective inflow thereof. The curvature mid-point (8, 8') of the respective center line (9, 9') of the curved sections (7, 7') of the branch pipes (6, 6') are located behind the respective inflow point (10, 10') of the center line (9, 9') in the main pip e (5) with regard to the delivery direction (A) in said main pipe (5).
