摘要 The device has a heating tube (4) with a main tube (16). A tube extension (11) for vapor extraction is connected to the main tube, at a point in the center two-thirds of the main tube length. The tube extension is coaxial to the main tube, at a radial gap within the main tube. The tube extension can extend from the main tube, over it in the vapor flow direction, at right angles to the main tube or at an angle of /- 40 deg , at the center of the main tube. A tubular exhaust tube (12) is after the tube extension, at a gap from the trailing end of the tube extension of 0-5 times the inner diameter. The exhaust tube has a crossing tube at the inflow side with an axial connection channel. At least the crossing tube is of a ceramic oxide material. An entry opening for an additional gas is between the tube extension and the exhaust tube, as a peripheral ring gap (20). The entry into the exhaust tube has an angular or jet shape. The connecting channel, between the crossing tube and an evaluation unit, is of a dielectric material or is cladded with it. The crossing tube and/or connecting channel is heated by a heater (15). The crossing tube and the connecting channel can be in one piece.
