PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency for converting water supplied into steam, regard less of the size of a water supply tank, by equipping a heater for heating a water supply tank and water and a nozzle for discharging steam and disposing a boiling chamber provided with the heater on an intermediate path from the water supply tank to the nozzle. SOLUTION: By equipping a heater for heating a water supply tank 2 and water and a nozzle 4 for discharging steam and disposing a boiling chamber 6 provided with a heater 3 on an intermediate path 5 from the water supply tank 2 to the nozzle 4, a steam cosmetic device is formed. This steam cosmetic device is suitable for reducing capacity of the boiling chamber 6 provided with the heater 3 as compared with capacity of the water supply tank 2, forming the boiling chamber 6 vertical long and making the chamber 6 have cross section making area of a water surface small. Further, the cosmetic device is suitable for disposing a projecting part 8 on a part of a vertical direction of an inner wall 7 of the boiling chamber 6 and having a constitution that steam vaporized in the boiling chamber 6 passes through the water supply tank 2 and is discharged from the nozzle 4.
